Spring, Kansas style

I enjoyed a nice day at the park today, and as you can see, the grass and trees are turning green. But as anyone who lives in Kansas knows, a nice day in March means the wind is blowing 30 mph out of the south. Good thing daddy had a hand on me when this gust game along, or I woulda turned into an 18 pound tumbleweed.

Small, but mighty

Today I had my six-month checkup and I'm happy to report that I'm as healthy as they come. I am, however, a bit disproportionate at the moment. At 17.7 pounds, I'm in the 76th percentile of weight, but only the 29th percentile of height (25 1/4). Time to start stretching out my legs!
