Day 2 of our trip to Fall River. I loved my nature walk! Of course Mommy did all the walking. And hiking. And climbing. And carrying me. (May 29, 2011)
I'm getting ready for a couple of days of insect repellent, sunscreen and campfire smoke, so I have to get good and cleaned up before my first big camping trip.
It's been so dry in Wichita this spring, you'd think the sky has been wearing a big diaper. We had a little rain tonight, so I got to go outside and feel it on my little bald head.
Baby stink eye, war face, poop face, bitter beer face... Call it what you will, but my repertoire of facial expressions is growing, and this is one has become quite common lately.
Practically everyone came to see me when I was a newborn, so tonight it was my turn to go and visit a brand new baby. Baby Ember has more hair than I do! (May 20, 2011)
I helped Daddy with some work today and he wore a do-rag like this. Later, I tried it on and he said I looked like a bald, baby-faced version of this guy.
So this is how we spent our very first Mother's Day (not counting last year when I was still in Mommy's tummy). Better to be at a clinic checking out a high fever than a hospital ER, am I right? (May 8, 2011)
I turned 8 months old today and marked the occasion with a little stroll along the river. I sure do fill out a stroller way better than I did 8 months ago.
