Jello brains and gummy worm intestines were on the menu at the Ghoul's Grille. My job, as a waitress, was to hand out candy to all the trunk or treaters who came by The Wichita Eagle on Friday evening.
Dad added to the backyard swing collection with this awesome rope swing. I'm still a little bit too small for it and have trouble staying upright, but I'm sure it's going offer a lot of fun for years to come.
We were so happy when Mr. Squishy the Fishy came into our lives on Friday, but Lexi made a sad and startling discovery today. Tonight we held a funeral for him. Poor guy.
Went to the pumpkin patch today. In addition to pumpkins, they had trains, and slides, and trampolines, and corn mazes and a host of other amazing things. My classmates and I had a great time.
Went to my first soccer practice yesterday. Coach Hannah and the rest of the team showed me all kinds of warm-ups and drills. Next on the list: find better-fitting shin guards and some cleats.
