Hesston Swather Charles and his daughter, Zola, came to visit me all the way from Chicago. I told Zola to save the drawing I gave her. Someday the Art Institute may want to borrow it for my retrospective!
I hadn't seen my friends at KNSS in a while so it was time to take another field trip to the radio station. Ted read Christmas stories at Sunday's Holiday Open House, so I took him a dozen Donut Whole donuts as a thank-you.
The Friends of the Wichita Art Museum need some elves to help Santa during their Holiday Open House on Sunday. Julian and I volunteered. Enthusiastically.

Took a field trip to the Warren Theatre today to see "The Peanuts Movie." Much to my surprise, it was a movie about a boy named Charlie Brown, his dog Snoopy and his friends. It was not a movie about tasty snacks in a shell.
Cats need yearly checkups and shots and their teeth examined? Who knew? I thought the only time cats went to the doctor was when they needed knee surgery.
I went to Ted's photography exhibition at WSU's South Campus and got to see pictures of places from all over the world. The photos with flowers or the color pink in them were my favorites.
Julian got to stay over at my house for the very first time. We didn't stay up the whole night talking and laughing, just part of the time---waaaaayyyyy after our normal bedtimes.
